Meet The Coach
Bonnie Gouldie has been a personal trainer for over 15 years working with a wide range of clients, from beginner workouts to sport specific training. She provides at home or gym workouts and tailors them to each client’s specific needs.
Coupled with personal training one of her biggest passions is in the kitchen. She not only creates personalized meal plans but gives you recipes that the whole family can enjoy. Knowing that diet and relationships with food is often formed at a young age, she encourages clients to involve the whole family in adopting healthy eating habits.
Most importantly she encourages overall wellbeing focusing not only on physical health but mental wellness too. Providing life coaching and support to her clients to help keep them on track, the journey to becoming the best version of you isn’t something that needs to be done alone.

The Gym
All In-Person training sessions are held at Gators Gym in Fort St. John, BC. Memberships or drop in passes to the gym are required and not included in the session fee.
